Feels like there's water in my ear.?!

Question: Feels like there's water in my ear.?
For a week now it feels like there's water in my right ear and I can't hear out of it, but I can hear inside my head. I can hear breathing, my neck popping, swallowing and my heart beat inside my head and its really irritating. Can anyone help me out here? My sinuses aren't congested and I've tried Q-tips and suctioning it out with my hand but nothing happens.

Try popping your ears. If that doesn't work, you can try blow drying inside your ear. Or you can sort of tilt your head to the side and just shake it until the water falls out. I would hurry, you could get swimmer's ear, and that definitely isn't fun.

Question back to you for information : Did you have this happen before, intermittently? Especially with swimming, shower, etc?

I would bet you have earwax. Greatest feeling in the world, hearing after removing earwax. 1) fill sink with lukewarm water [too warm or cold can upset your balance or make you puke] 2) Using a kid syringe, 10 cc, the kind used to give little babies advil / tylenol, shoot that into your ear multiple times. Far safer and more effective than a Q-tip, cleans way farther in 3) Eventually the offending wax will fall out. You will see it, and the water will empty out, instant return of hearing.

Enjoy.

Lie on your right side. Clamp your nose with your hand and blow out a *LITTLE* pressure with your lungs (your cheeks will puff out). Now swallow. Your ear(s) might "pop".
