Hornet Stings?
What generic thing can I take for hornet stings. Three of them got me at once. I am not concerned about the symptoms, I just want to prevent it from getting out of hand. I have heard sad tales about what hornet stings do to some people. I took a Benadryl because anthhistamine is listed in the contents. That was two hours ago. The swelling is still increasing a little.
Answers:
Put meat tenderizer with a little water to make a paste on the stings.
If you don't have meat tenderizer, and can't get to the store, then use the second choice of baking soda (not powder), the same way.
Taking the Benadryl should help. If you took it two hours ago, and you are over 16, go ahead and take another dose. In a case such as this, it will help you more than potential to hurt.
