aching pain in both legs?!

Question: Aching pain in both legs?

last night i had this dull aching throbbing pain in my left knee. after i went to sleep the same pain woke me up crying in both of my legs entirely. i had to bend my leg & pull ito my chest & strech it out & walk around which helped but it didnt go away r awhile.. any idea what this could be or what causes it
