Pain all over...what's wrong?!


Question: Pain all over...what's wrong?
I restarted taekwondo after about a year of not doing it. I did this on Friday and today is Sunday. I hurt all over and can barely move. I know I am unfit but I think this is extreme. Every time I laugh or cough my chest feels like it's going to explode. My arms and legs are in constant pain and my head hurts really bad. I am really sleepy and not hungry. Is this normal or should I go to the doctors? I knew it was suppose to be normal yesterday but how about today.

It sounds more like you may be catching the flu or a viral infection. Soreness from exercise would not cause headache and cough.



Maybe getting sick and you are also recovering from starting again. Drink some white tea and take something for the pain. I swear white tea always cures my flu or makes it last only a day or two. I've never been sick more than two days on it. Just drink 3-4times a day.



I doubt if your aches and pains have anything to do with exercise. I think you've got the flu!!
