WHAT'S WRONG WITH Me?!?

Okay.. I already asked this question once, and I thank the ONE person who answered. Now seriously, whenever it's either a) late or b) the night after a sleepover or something , i get sick. Like nauseated. (I'm sorry if that's spelled wrong) But... during the summer it's pretty much every night. Please help! Is there something wrong?

I do eat... and I'm not dehydrated that I know of.. And there's no possible way I could be pregnant. Virgin here.
