Question: How long r u sore after snowboarding? ?

Went snowboarding yesterday for 5 hours. Fell a lot and hurt my knee and my whole body is sore! How long r u sore after sports/snowboarding...? Just in general an anything to ease the pain? Already taking advil.... Thanx!
