try to put yourself at the other side of the window. the triage nurse will assess the patient's accordingly. there will be times that they will make a mistake in prioritizing but they are just human. inside the emergency room...there are only certain number of rooms and they have to attend to more life threatening situations. remember they have different entrance for the ambulance, and u don't see that
