got hit in the head will i die?!

Jokingly my friend hit me in the head, I thought it was my temple because after she hit me I felt light headed and dizzy. It was not a hard hit to the head as I mentioned earlier it was just a light tap on the head. If she did hit me in the temple how would I know what symptoms come from being hit in the temple? Today I woke up a little light headed and dizzy should I go to a doctor or sleep it off and see how I am tomorrow. I did not eat much today all I had was a little bit of rice and a carrot and snack bar.. is it because my eating habits are right or is it because of my friends actions?
