Question: Why is this happening to me?
Its been a week everytime i get up from sitting down or laying down i get really dizzy n i fell once but idk why? It happens everytime i get up...i know some people get it maybe like once in life time when you get up very fast i had that before but its been a week now and its jus crazy im also dizzy sometimes when im sitting down?

And ive been caughing a lot been a week too! I do have allergies and really sencitive to weather changes but does my dizziness have anything to do with it? I do get dizzy when caughing!

But why is it that everytime i stand up now im so dizzy

Maybe you are anemic. You should consult your doctor so you can get evaluated. Don't wait, your health is very important.



This happens to me all the time. You should get better pretty soon. Once it was so bad that I would start puking. I get like that a lot (like I said), and you shouldn't be too scared. If you feel the need, go to the doctor to see what they say. I just stayed home a few days if it got bad and I would feel better in a few days.
See the doctor if need be, but you should be fine.

Ok most of your guys' answers are wrong. This is most likely orthostatic hypotension which is actually pretty common. It causes an extreme dizziness upon changing positions especially from sitting to standing. I have it and was informed that if its not from dehydration it can actually be caused by lack of sodium. Drinking gatorade is the best solution since it has a high amount of sodium in it as well as it hydrates well



Sounds like low blood pressure. First call is to drink lots of water. See your GP about this also.
