What must I do to cure my Abdominal Pain, its cause was jumping and falling down!
Question: What must I do to cure my Abdominal Pain, its cause was jumping and falling down at a wrong situation.?
I kept on jumping, then I felt some thing on my abdomen. I been experiencing this for a year and i kept on drinking different kinds of medicine, but nothing happened. Do you think exercise will help? Do I need to drink medicines? What are the things I must avoid? Thanks guys.

Your intestines and other organs are not tied down. They are most likely bruised or injured. Only a doctor doing x-rays and sonigrams will tell what the injuries are and what to do with them. I would avoid taking any unknown medication, including the one mentioned, without a independent doctors review. z
