Not unless you're sick and honey please don't do that! I know someone really close to me that did that and well, it spoiled our friendship. I'm constantly worrying about her and if she's okay. It's a horrible state to be in, you're beautiful no matter what anyone tells you, and I'm not just saying that! I'm satin it because I know what it will do to your family if they find out, that girls mom told me she felt like she failed as a parent because of that! Don't ever ever ever put yourself through that please:)
Drink some caster oil or olive oil. The texture will make you puke.
