How to get rid of a kink in your neck?

i have this kink in my neck on my right side. Its really hurtin bad and i cant seem to get it better. does anyone have any advice for helping me? any help would be appreciated. but only helpful comments PLEASE!! thanks.

Maybe you should go to the ciroprator and have them do that for you... or you could try massaging it 4-5 times a day!
