Question: I keep dislocating my shoulder why ? ?
Hello, my case is I feel playing football and landed prety hard on my shoulder emidiately I notice pain and it was misplaces and I stopped playing football for the season , about three months later I was training boxing and I swung and bang my shoulder dislocated, so I stopped. Today it dislocated again playing basketball why does it dislocate so much please help me. Thank you

Once a shoulder has been dislocated it is easier to dislocate it again. And you may not be letting it heal properly. Most people regain full shoulder function within a few weeks after experiencing a dislocated shoulder. However, once you've had a dislocated shoulder your joint may become unstable and be prone to repeat dislocations.
