Cracking in elbows and knees ?!

Question: Cracking in elbows and knees ?

I am forever haveing to crack my elbows and knees if i dont crack them i get att really irratating twich and feeling in them when i crack them it goes away for about 3 mins and coms back when i move my knees its like there popping out and my elbows always make wee cracking noises what is this?

pinched nerve is the only thing that comes to mind... and air bubbles in the joints
