Question: How do i make this pain just go away?
my right foot has been bothering me since more than a week ago. i didn't have any accidents such as falling but i just woke up with the pain. what can i do to heal my feet again??
Answers:
It may be a nerve that is damaged, or it could be a torn ligament. It would help to know where exactly it hurts, and when it hurts. Then I may be able to clarify and diagnose the source. Either way my motto is, 'If it hurts more than a week, see a doctor.' They may be able to tell you how, what and why your foot is hurting. They may send you to PT or just give you some pain killer's.
