My tongue is green and creamy with bumps?
I'm 18 and female. I do smoke, but this is really knocking my confidence.
I use a tongue scrapper, but the mucus just comes back. My tongue also bleeds when i use it and becomes sore. I use mouthwash, but no luck?
How do i get rid of it?
