Help! My chest hurts......?!

Question: Help! My chest hurts......?
I woke up this morning because of shooting pain whenever I breathe on the right side of my chest. It is a sharp shooting pain that comes every time I take a breath. Nothing else is hurting but my chest. What is going on? Should I go to the hospital? I know its not my back or anything like that.
I wasn't working out or anything like that the day before. I am very dizzy and light headed but that has been going on for a week. The pain started this morning. Should I be seen in the ER or wait till tomarrow morning to be seen at my doctors office, if they have any appointments available. My heart rate monitor has been tracking my heart rate at 110 -120ish all day so far.
For some background on me,
I am 20 yrs old. I am just over 5'5" and weigh 142 lbs. I have always had a slightly fast heart rate with type 1 diabetes. My sugars are under control so that isn't part of this.

You probably have abstraction of air in your chest. I know that when I work out the happeneds to me sometime. I breath in and it feels like a cold sharp pain wherever it is. If it doesn't go away in a day or to you should go to the clinic not hospital.

But the back muscles often do send the pains around the body to become pains in your rib, chest or heart areas. You have to free up your back muscles to get rid of those pains and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
You being dizzy, light headed is because your neck muscles are tight. When tight the neck muscles restrict everything going in and out of the head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will also end up with a lowered oxygen level there. You will know when the oxygen level has dropped by feeling very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed. If more you will pass out. To get rid of that problem you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. for both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
