Pain for this long???!!!?!

Question: Pain for this long???!!!?
For the past 5 years now I have been having pain while I urinate. I have done my research and what it might be. I have read on all STD's and uti and have gone numerous amount of times to the clinics and gotten my STD test back ALL NEGATIVE. Now, I'm not gonna sit here and say that I have been a little angel cause I have gotten my share scares of CLOSE CALLS and that I don't have a really well balanced diet. I mean, I eat very healthy but not alot. Every time that I go to the clinics, I get medication and I goes away for a bit but then it comes back and I don't even have anytype of sexual relations with anyone. Can anyone help me out with this??!! I do get some slight sharp pains on my left side around my kidney area or liver but its mostly the pain when I urinate. Help guys...!

It sounds a lot like you have a kidney infection. Kidney infections can be hard to diagnose since they often show up as back pain.

The best thing you can do is some more investigation into determining if you have kidney pain or back pain.

problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get the a1c test

Tight muscles in your back can be pressing onto the nerves going to your bladder to give you pains like that. Because the pressure is still on the nerves the 'infection' seems to come back right away, but it never left because it wasn't an infection to begin with. You have to free up your back muscles to get rid of this pain and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
