did you lose consciousness? or get tired? feel like vomiting? and vision changes?

I would have to say you had a slight concussion. Just watch what your doing and don't hit it again and you should be fine. Lots of rest and water to keep you hydrated and you should be fine in a little while. Next time if you see spots, have the light sensitivity and the headache you should go in, there is always the chance that your brain will swell and they would have to relieve the pain by draining the fluid in it, which is the main concern with a concussion. So I'd say yes you had one and next time don't hesitate to go to the doctor!

Do not go back to playing until you have been checked by a doctor. Returning too soon is extremely serious.

Are you dizzy? Are your eyes bloodshot? Are you tired? Any other wierd feelings? See a doctor...if not, you should be ok.
