Pain in my knee then shoulder?!

Question: Pain in my knee then shoulder?

Ok im young and yesterday I had a horrible constant pain in my knee and I could barley walk now today it's in my shoulder! What do you think it could be?

may be arthritis

if you play sports related you may have sprained both
