You need to see a doctor real soon. you should not be stressing your body until a doctor has cleared you of an unusual bone diseases, or neural muscular disease.

This is a very serious "illness". If your parents do not get you to the doctors, they could face child endangerment charges.

Kirk's right. You need to see a doctor and get checked out for neuromuscular conditions and other diseases. "Trying to get attention" is the right thing to do when you damned well need help and attention.

You need to talk to someone at school, like a school nurse or a guidance counselor and tell them exactly what you posted on here. This is not what you want to hear, but they will suggest that you see a doctor. Whatever it is that is causing the tensing of your neck and body pain needs further evaluation by a physician to make sure that this isn't something very serious. You should never feel stupid about seeing a doctor. Remember, it is their job, and they will not judge you for going in to get checked out. They want to help you get better, not make you feel stupid.
