Im having intense chestpains when I lean over, laydown and im uncomfortable now, any advice to get rid of em? could something serious be wrong? I woke up feeling like this

It could just be heart burn, but it could be the start of a mild heart attack, call for an ambulance, better to be save. No need to sit and suffer
