I don't wanna get worked up with cancer issues, but seriously: Go and see a real doctor.

This is not getting better and it'll be getting chronic soon if nothing is being done. It could be anything from cancer to allergies or poisonings.

The coughing might be a good reason for the "stomach" pain which actually could be an angry phrenic.

Is he exposed to dirty air? Is he exposed to possible allergenes? How safe is your drinking water? Did you change his diet before? Without detailed information, this is only wild guessing.

Edit: Since I don't suppose this to be the bubonic plague... eczema, coughing, screwed up digestion... Münchausen syndrome by proxy is also not an option. It just totally fits an allergy. The periodic resurgence, the coughing, the stomach pains, eczema. I'm not House M.D. but to me this sounds like environmental factors and/or hypersensitivity. Did you ever bring her to some place like far up North with no pollen? Did you ever put her on a strict totally-stewed-to-death carrots and such?

First guess: Undiscovered mould that does not affects grown-ups.
Second guess: Tainted drinking water with too much lead, mercury and arsenic.
Third guess: Plasticizer hypersensitivity.

Go see a real doctor, not Dr. Nick or the discount itinerant quack in the mall. I'm not rich either but I'd take out a loan for that. Lucky us I wouldn't have to do that here in Germany.
