How well does Aleve aka Naproxen work?!

How well does Aleve aka Naproxen work?
I'm taking this but i want your opion does it work or no? and have you gotten any stomach bleeding?

It did make any difference for me. Alternating between Tylenol(2 extra strength)and Advil(1) every 3 hrs helps alot(I take the generic of Tylenol but usually Liquigels of Advil). The naproxen made my stomach hurt with just 1 dose(1) even though I took it with a meal and had a glass of milk w//that meal. My manager ended up in ICU with bleeding ulcers and needing a transfusion after taking more than 1 a day for more than 1 day. Please be very careful if you're needing a pain medicine on a longer term basis.
