My arm hurts, whats wrong??
Okay well my upper arm [ elbow and up to the shoulder [ right ] ] Is in pain. It feels a little tender and hurts when I move it. I play sports but I don't remeber doing anything to my arm. And whenever I rotate my arm [ swinging it like an clock arm on a clock ] It pop's and makes weird noises. PLZ TELL ME WHATS WRONG!!!

You may have somehow injured your rotator cuff. If the pain persists after rest and some ibuprophen then I'd check with a doctor as it could be something serious
