A question about CPR classes?
Where can I take CPR classes here in Aurora,Colorado? My mom and me thinks I should take these classes.If you know a website paste it to your answer.

there are a variety of places including
american red cross,
american heart association,
fire departments offer them,
some hospitals offer them,
some colleges offer CPR courses,
and as a stretch you can try the local ambulance service but like i said it's a stretch.
people always say that we, the paramedics, EMTs and firefighters, are the first responders but in most cases that just isnt true because it is you, the public that is the true first responder, so you becoming cpr certified is a great thing, you never know when you will save a life. i have seen too many people die from cardiac arrests when a crowd gathered around the person and just moaned and groaned about how long it was taking us to get there instead of being able to do anything to help the patient.
it's great that you care enough to learn CPR and to be able to help in a true life or death situation.
also if you are up for it i would really recommend that you take a first aid class too, being first aid and CPR certified makes you more appealing to prospective employers and also can really make the difference in someone's life, that life could be yours or that of a loved one.
i've had the unfortunate experience of having to do the hemleich manuver on my daughter but it's because i knew what i was doing she's alive today.
