Question:
My upper back hurts when I put my face down.?
Like just imagine sitting in a chair and looking at your thighs or private area. I am skinny to average body so I have no idea what the problem is. Its like an uncomfortable burning sensation, I cant explain it. I have had this for a few years, will a massage help??
I have never gotten one before, and my body just seems limited and un flexible.

I had a back operation on 2 lower discs 2 yrs ago at only 34, i had suffered many yrs of pain but the best relief i ever had was a chiropractor, it doesn't hurt and u can not get training or physio until your joints are manipulated into place or the pain will be far worse, i never took any pain killers for 9 yrs but a time came when i needed an operation, i dont think you will but please seek help.
Its made me realise how i've taken things for granted and now im so happy i have no pain and can walk
