Question: Drug interactions between tramadol and prozac.?

I am currently taking prozac, effexor and trazadone and have been prescribed Tramadol to help with my arthritic pain.
I have read all of the warnings and have asked my pharmacist and she told me that there was nothing to worry about. It will be fine. Is this true?

The issue is more theoretical than actual. Theoretically, it can cause serotonin syndrome, but in reality, that never occurs.
