you most likely slept on your arm i do that sometimes, it makes your fingertips go numb and then you sit up or move quickly and you go dizzy and nearly feint, its gonna be OK soon usually takes me 20 min to get rid of the sensation
it could also be a tumour, go to the nearest doctor if this persists

myself

Being dizzy is an indicator that you have tight neck muscles. When the neck muscles are tight they restrict everything going in and out of the head including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know when the oxygen level had dropped when you feel very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed. If the level drops more you will pass out. To get rid of this problem you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Umm..Why are you asking for a medical diagnosis on a website? If you believe something is wrong, shouldn't you ask a qualified LICENSED physician? Or perhaps visit an ER?

You could have a pinched nerve or some disc problems. So many things could be wrong so it is best to go see your MD.

damn! what did you DO last night??
