Cheerleading disadvantage- PLEASE HELP!?
So I've decieded to go for cheerleading next year.
I'm flexable and am good at gymnastics.. but theres a problem. I had an accident with my ankle this year and even after it healed, it was never the same again. It is weak and sometimes has pain if I apply presure. This is going to be very bad especially when I try to do scorpians, because its on that foot. Any tips?

Go see a physical therapist who can show you how to strengthen your ankle and to re-train your balance. If you dont fix this it will be a problem with cheerleading, especially with your stunts, but even with tumbling.
