Dizzy, arms falling asleep, what could this be?!

Question:

Dizzy, arms falling asleep, what could this be?

For the past 2 months my hands and arms have been falling asleep (for hours at a time sometimes) and lately, maybe the past week, I've been feeling very dizzy, like I'm going to fall over and the room spins. The dizziness usually happens when I'm laying down in bed and I roll over, but today it's been all day, no matter what I do.

What could this be? I'm not pregnant (that was my first thought) and I feel fine besides these things. Help please!

Thank you :)

Also I'm in the process of losing weight (I had a baby 6 months ago) but I'm doing well. I also drink plenty of water so it's not dehydration.

Answers:

It sounds like you have a vertibrae out of line in you back..up in or above the sholder blads.
Try this... if you sleep with a pillow...quit.
. ... if you do not sleep with a pillow...start.
If that dont have any effect, give this a shot.. after your bath, set on the toilet and hang your head down too your knees, relax the neck musels as you breath, hang your arms limply with your hands behind your heels, untill your heads weight pulls it lower than your knees...something shuld POP . [this takes time..6 to 10 slow..deep..breaths]

If that dosent work , try this..lay on your back, breath deeply and relax,.. pull your knees up to your chest,..then breath again, relax,...then continue the knees journey up over your head untill your shins are past the top of your head, breath, relax,.. then while you are relaxed, try to let your knees reach the level of your body, relax..breath.. here again, some thing suld POP.

If that dosent get any results, try this..get on the floor, put your knees together , fold your body over untill your head reaches the floor in a slow and relaxed way...breath as you lower you sholders to your knees, each breath exhail will let you get lower and lower , untill your head is laying on the floor between your knees..something suld pop..
[in this case, you will get to a point where you will open your knees to let the strtch have more 'reach'..]

If nun of thes exercises get to the problem , it MIGHT be that you tryed to force your body...the 'trick' to it is to let the body 'relax' to the point that flexation will align the frame with it's oun weight.
