Why does pain in Top of spine occur when i look down?!


Question: Why does pain in Top of spine occur when i look down?
I just got over a fever and i might have of been sleeping in a weird position or something.

could be because of you sleeping position.

there is also a chance there you could be suffering from spondylitis or spondilosis,

better consult a doctor , because either of the above diseases are really painful in their later stages



It may be the way you slept or you have a touch of meningism given that you just had a fever. Stiffness and pain at the top of the spine= Nuchal rigidity. Did you have a headache, too? Should go away by itself but if it persists go see a doctor.

I had a 101 degree fever and was throwing up when ever i took in anything, i had a headache and loud coughing."
Sometimes when you have a bad cold it can involve the covering of the brain i.e. meninges and cause symptoms similar to yours. If the fever and headache persist you should go see a doctor. Otherwise I think you'll be fine.
