Why does my spine stick out?!

Question: Why does my spine stick out?
Even when stood up, my spine sticks out at the lower half of my back where most people have a 'dent' between their Latissimus Dorsi's. I am male, 15, just over 6ft and between 10 + 11 stone, i eat (quite) healthily and do a lot of exercise. It does not cause any pain when stood up and does not affect my posture (yet), but when sat down can sometimes cause shooting pains. I have looked at other questions but nobody has the same problem as me, the closest i found is 'kyphosis' but this is a problem with the spine in the upper half of the back. Please help me and point me in the right direction to what is wrong with me (if anything is wrong with me) before i go to see my doctor just for him to turn around and say it is perfectly normal.
Much appreciated, Jack :)

Answers:

If it physically sticks out there is a posture problem because it isn't normal. The only way to know for sure is to go to a chiropractor. Looking for symptoms yourself can be dangerous as you may misjudge and diagnose yourself with the wrong condition. There is no harm in visiting the doctor, I advise you to for your health. Especially if you are experiencing shooting pains.

Good luck!
