Pain in my foot?
I have a cramp in my foot and i think it might be because i wore flats for an entire week which is bad for your arch. but it's been a week since they started and i've been wearing gym shoes since but it won't go away. should i see a podiatrist?

Hmmm...Well you might need foot inserts.
The same thing happend to me and i went to the foot doctor and they said i needed inserts and now my feet dont hurt at all!
