Question: What is happening to my hand?
I got into a car accident Saturday, and my mom, grandma, and i went to the hospital...When the doctor did her work she said that i just had a sprained neck. Well today my right hand is swelling and theres a bump inbetween my thumb and first finger then a pink spot on the palm, if touched it hurts REALLY bad....the lump goes through the palm of my hand down to my wrist....What is going on??

I would get on the phone and make an appointment with your Dr right away. That doesn't sound good at all. You could have popped a blood vessel or tendon. Get well soon. Happy to hear you are all safe.
Go back to the ER right away.
I've never heard of post swelling like that...definitely not just a bruise...go see your family doc...or back to the ER
