Lately i've been getting heat flashes...?

but instead of just hot and cold it feels like someones stabbing thousands of tiny nails im by back-why and wat can i do

Sounds like a pinched nerve.

I recommend seeing either a Neurologist or an Orthopedic Doctor to be evaluated (stay away from Chiropractors).

I have been there and done that surgeries and all.
