Does walking on your tippy toes cause health concerns?!
Question:
Does walking on your tippy toes cause health concerns?
I am 22 years old and I have walked on my tippy toes since I learned how to walk. I try to walk flat footed, it doesn't really bother me, but just wondering. I always end up right back up on them. Will I develop any health problems? If I don't already.
Answers:
Actually you probably walk on your tippy toes because of a problem. My niece did this and was sent to therapy to learn to walk normally. My sister was told she did this because my niece had gone without oxygen for a couple minutes during labor and delivery. Walking on your toes can strain you back, legs and hips.
