How does my health seem to you (quick question)?!
Question: How does my health seem to you (quick question)?
I'm 5'7 an weigh 9 stone (i.e. skinny!) but i have high cholesterol, i eat loads of dairy including a lot of ice cream
my granddad has type two diabetes (i don't think that can run in the family right?)
I recently started getting heart palpitations (which can occur in a healthy heart) I'm currently being tested for that
just wondered how it seems to other people? normal yes? no?

Answers:
Change your diet. Replace most of the ice cream with fruits and vegetables. (Allow yourself a treat now and then.) Cut out other sources of cholesterol, like red meats, eggs, butter, etc. Exercise.
Everyone focuses on being fat as the root of all disease, but I'm skinny, too, and I have terrible health problems.
Change your diet and you'll be fine, Eat more veg and stuff
