Question: A lump behind my ear?

Last month I noticed that there was a small lump behind my ear and I was wondering if it could be anything serious. I don't think it was ever there before. It doesn't hurt except for when I touch it and I haven't been sick recently so I'm not sure whether or not i should go see a doctor about it... Should I?

Wash daily with soap and wait a month. It seems like a sebaceous cyst, a pimple type thing.

You can also swab with rubbing alcohol.
