I know it kinda confusing
what I meant is
how can I go to sleep in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or 10
second or a minute or two
Answers:
Some people can, some people can't.
Sometimes I can -- usually I do it by telling myself a boring story in my head. (counting sheep doesn't work for me) Also, breath in really deeply and out slowly. Then start relaxing each part of your body starting at your toes. If you truly relax, and are tired, you should be asleep in a couple of minutes.
