Back pain from being on my feet all day?

does anyone know of a good pair of tennis shoes or shoes that I can buy to relieve my back pain. I am on my feet 10 hours a day at work and my back is killing me. please help. and if you know where i can purchase a pair of good shoes for my back. please let me know. thank you

Any shoe store. Go to a department store. Or buy some orthotics from the drug store. They work wonders on my feet.
