My leg stings and feels frezzing. Help?!

Question: My leg stings and feels frezzing. Help?
Okay , this is kind of an odd story but for the past few days I have been have this weird feeling in my leg below my knee on the side of my leg. Like a stinging pain, almost as though a bee is stinging me but not as bad as that. I have ignore it because I thought maybe It was just something in the jeans getting against my skin. But, this has been going on for the past few days now and it seems to be getting worse. Whenever I walk or apply a decent amount of pressure on the leg it hurts, the stininging pain. Additionally, I decided to get of it and sit on my bed then it still hurt and a little bit after feeling a stinging pain while not even walking on it , it has gotten really could and still remains cold. I am 16 could this be some type of growing pain? Plus, there is now red bumps there.

If there are red bumps it could be related to a rash of some kind. There are so many different causes of rashes that it is very difficult to narrow down any specific cause of one. Common categories of rash are:

scaly patches of skin not caused by infection,
scaly patches of skin produced by fungal or bacterial infection,
red, itchy bumps or patches over the body, such as on the chest and back.

Although rashes are seldom dangerous, self-diagnosis is not usually a good idea. Proper evaluation of a skin rash requires a visit to a doctor or other health-care professional. Check this site for good information and you may be able to figure out what is going on.
