Question: My back hurts very bad, should I do anything?
heavy ATV thats been stuck, and found out it would move faster if I picked up the back end.
However, a few hours later, I have started feeling extremely painful pressure in my lower spine.
Should I do anything about it?

it sounds like you either pulled a muscle or possibly tore a muscle but you should see a doc incase if its torn otherwise get a hot compress, a cold compress, icy hot if you want, and maybe an ace bandage or something and advil or something like that

Sorry don't know what an ATV is but it sounds like you've pulled a muscle rest for a day or two and if it doesn't improve at all or gets worse go to ARI/A+E
Expirance (Had a bad fall from a horse and injured most of the muscles in neck and lower back (cleared up in a couple of weeks))
