just fart through out the day and you will not fart so much when you sleep

farting

It is, like previously said, pretty normal to digestive tract behavior. But, also, perhaps assess your diet choices and augment them if need or want be. Never, never, never hold anything in, pee, poop, farts, etc. It is actually very harmful to your body. Farts may not be pleasant, but they must go...so either find a way to let them gently out or cough and let them out or run to a bathroom or vacant area. You cannot do this to yourself. Holding urine in will cause a UTI, holding poop in can cause bacterial infections, tearing to the anus and then ooof look at for bad infections. Farts hold harmful gases in and can in turn, cause a whole slew of problems.

Good luck!

EVERYONE farts while they are asleep. Thats how the digestive tract works. Things move down the line while you sleep and this is why many people poop in the mornings. Anyways, the farting will be a lot worse if you eat tons of veggies or beans. But really, there is no way to stop it. I'm 99% sure your BF farts in his sleep as well.

Simple...don't hold your farts in during the day.

let out all your farts in the bathroom before you go to bed lol

Some girl likes oral! xDDD

Dont hold em in
