help please my ear hurts really bad i need a cure i went to the doctor and he said it was swimmer's ear please make it feel better!

there is an earwash specifically for swimmer's ear.

water stays in the ear and it grows nasty stuff. the wash is a lot of alcohol and stuff that forces the water to evaporate.
