I have a pain in my back?!

Question: I have a pain in my back?
It is on the left side of my back kinda by my shoulder blade. There is perhaps a tiny bump where it is. It hurts when i inhale. The pain gradually gets worse as I continue to inhale more. There is no physical evidence of a bump or anything with or without my shirt on. Please help. SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY !!!

A muscle spasm. You are probably low in water and vitamin E. A doctor will give you muscle relaxer.

Based on your description, it can be caused by several problems. More information is needed and a lab test will also be helpful. It can be something simple such as a injured muscle and it can be something complex like heart disease. Here are some questions you may want to consider. Have you had heart problems or lung problems before? Have you injured the shoulder area? A simple lab test can tell if the pain is due to heart and lung problems or due to an muscle injury. Is the pain on the surface or is it deep? Do you have any other signs or symptoms? Mitral Valve Prolapse? Pleurisy? Pleural effusion? Pneumothorax?

It is best to visit your doctor.
