Question: My foot kills but there is no swelling or bruising?

I am 13 and I was playing basketball. So I jumped to make a shot and I landed on my foot sideways. I got dismissed and I can't even walk! I will see a doc tomorrow, but does anyone know what happened? It's on the left side of my left foot.

Answers:

You sustained an ankle sprain and possibly even a fracture. If you cannot walk, you need to be immobilzed in at least a CAM walker boot it is called depending on the xray findings. Once the pain goes away, you should start physical therapy and you will need to get an orthotic depending on your foot type.

might be an inverted ankle sprain or soft tissue bruise, i have sprained my ankle sooo many times , any way good luck cicaa :]
