Question: My eyes and head hurt?
I'm 16 female and I eat salt 24/7 I put it on everything and huge amounts of it. I have withdrawals if I don't have it. Sometimes if I really need it I sprinkle it in my hand and lick it. Well I always started having blurred vision and headaches an now my eyes are hurting really bad along with a headache. Idk what to do.... HELP? Everytime I go to my grandmas she checks my blood pressure and it's always high....

It sounds like you know you need to cut your salt intake
back or completely out.
The massive salt intake is probably causing your High
Blood pressure which in return is causing the headache
and blurred vision.
You really should see a Dr. and change your dietary habits.
