Has anyone had their gallstones removed?
What kind of pain did you have? I feel bloated and my stomach hurts. I also feel a pain on my right side. I hope its not my gallstones. :(

I had my gall bladder out because of gallstones when I was 26 years old (which is young according to surgeons). I did NOT feel bloated; I had pain closer up in my chest. I felt very nauseated and in pain, but high in my stomach (right below my breasts). I know that people have many, many different symptoms when having trouble with gallstones. No one is the same. I am sure some people do feel bloated.
It is easy for the doctor to check for the gallstone; they can use ultrasound. You won't feel any discomfort at all during the test. I hope this has not gone on too long. It can be dangerous to wait too long to remove your gallbladder if that is necessary.
