Question:
Which is easier for lower back pain, if you sit hunched, or upright, if you sit upright it causes pain?
Or is it a vicious circle? the more you hunch, the more the pain inflames when you sit upright?
For those who say "go to the doctor", it is a hypothetical question.
Answers:
Neither they both keep you in pain. It just when you hunch over it relieves your pain for a short time but the second that you sit or stand upright the pain comes right back. I think honestly it is just a vicious cycle that only exercise and pain medication can help.
